Our Work Standards
When clients hire us, they are not simply paying for service attempts. They are paying for speed, communication, documentation, and a serious professional approach to a sensitive legal task.
We believe process serving should be clear, direct, documented, and handled with real responsibility from start to finish.
- Fast response and clear communication
- Professional service attempts with documented updates
- Court-ready Proof of Service and Due Diligence documentation
- Local San Diego County knowledge and field experience
What Clients Are Really Paying For
Process serving is not only about handing documents to a person.
In reality, clients are paying for something much bigger: a company that responds, communicates clearly, documents the work properly, understands deadlines, and takes responsibility for the case instead of creating confusion around it.
Our goal is not to “look busy.” Our goal is to move the case forward, keep the client informed, and produce work that is organized, professional, and usable.
- A company that does not disappear after payment
- Direct answers when there is a problem, delay, or bad address
- Clear updates instead of vague promises
- Proper field notes and court-ready documentation
- A serious approach to deadlines and legal sensitivity
- Real ownership of the assignment from start to finish
OUR CORE STANDARDS
Fast Response
Every new order or lead is reviewed as quickly as possible.
Our standard is to respond fast, review the service details, and give the client a clear answer rather than a generic reply. We look at the documents, service address, deadline, urgency, and any special service requirements before confirming the next step.
- New email leads reviewed quickly
- Service details checked before confirmation
- Personalized response instead of generic copy-paste
- Urgency and deadline reviewed at intake
Clear Communication
Clients should never feel like their case disappeared into a black hole.
We provide updates by email, text message, and phone when needed. If there is a problem — bad address, restricted access, avoidance, delay, or a service issue — we communicate it directly and explain the available next steps.
- Email and SMS updates
- Follow-up communication when needed
- Direct explanation of problems or delays
- No vague promises or unnecessary back-and-forth
Case Ownership
We do not treat a case as “just another attempt.”
Every assignment should be reviewed, approached strategically, and documented properly. Our job is not only to make attempts. Our job is to control the process, reduce confusion, and keep the client informed about what is happening in the field.
- Strategic approach to each assignment
- Service attempts based on case circumstances
- Responsibility for communication and follow-through
- Focus on progress, not just activity
Professional Documentation
Each service attempt should be documented with accurate field notes, timing, and relevant details.
That includes what happened at the address, who was contacted, visible activity, access issues, and other facts that may matter for the next attempt, Proof of Service, or a Declaration of Due Diligence.
- Date, time, and address of each attempt
- Contact details and relevant observations
- Notes that support future attempts or declarations
- Court-ready Proof of Service and due diligence documentation
How Our Service Packages Work
Our service levels are built around priority, speed of first attempt, communication, and documentation turnaround.
Each package includes service attempts, optional stakeout strategy where appropriate, and post-service documentation depending on the outcome of the assignment.
- Divorce & family law documents
- Subpoenas & court orders
- Summons & complaints
- Civil, small claims & legal notices
